A new version of the Blue Book of Basic Documents has been published to reflect the changes made by the National Council at the recent Special 57th National Council Session. The following changes have been made in the Credentials section on pg. 23:
Girl members pay annual dues of $25 $65.
A footnote was added:
7 Per the proviso adopted at the 2024 Special National Council Session, girl members pay annual dues of $65 provided, however, that this dues increase shall take effect as follows: That girl membership dues be $45 for the 2026 membership year. That girl membership dues will be $65 beginning with the 2027 membership year.
Additionally, a change was made to the following:
Adult members pay annual dues of $25 $30.
On page 27, the footnote featured in the section title PROCEDURES FOR CHANGING A GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL JURISDICTION changed its numbering from “7” to “8” due to the newly added dues language.
