Where can I find a copy of the Blue Book?

The latest edition of the Blue Book can be found on GSUSA’s website or in the menu of GSG under Reference.

This website is not affiliated with GSUSA or any council. It’s offered by some Girl Scout volunteers who are intensely interested in Girl Scout Governance and in giving members a voice in governance on both the national and council level. We offer it as a “one-stop location” open to all members of the Girl Scout Movement ages 14 and above who are interested in governance in our Movement.
