Read More »2023 NCS Proposal: Constitutional Amendment – Formula for Delegates
This proposal would update the Constitution to modify the delegate formula used to calculate the number of National Delegates that are allocated to councils and USAGSO to better reflect membership numbers. Additionally, it adds language to clarify that the number of National Council members should be calculated as close to 1,500 as possible.
