The Early Alert for the 2023 National Council Session has been published by the National Board along with a memo regarding proposals that were not selected for the agenda. The Early Alert is a “pre-Workbook” publication that details which proposals will be tentatively placed on the NCS agenda and the National Board’s position on these proposals to allow National Delegates to begin to prepare for the NCS in July. The NCS Workbook will be released mid-May.
